This policy explains what happens to information when you visit quillfernstudio.com or email Quillfern Studio. We keep it simple because the site is simple.

A static site with no tracking

This website is static. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or contact forms that store submissions. We do not run any scripts that profile visitors.

Email enquiries

If you email us at hello@quillfernstudio.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use that information to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other payment details by email.

Hosting provider

Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This data is handled under the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Google Fonts

The site loads the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and standard request information. Please see Google's privacy policy for how it handles that data.

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then delete them when no longer needed.

Your requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@quillfernstudio.com with your request and we will respond.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
